I no longer see an item that was there previously, what should I do?
We update our inventory with new items almost every day. If you don't see a particular product listed any more, it means it's probably sold out. Check back with us again within 24 hours and we should have it in stock!
What is the return policy if I receive an item that is damaged or not what I ordered?
If you receive an item that is in faulty condition due to shipping damage, or some other means that was out of your control, let us know! Take a picture and shoot us an email and we'll try to replace the item or refund your order as soon as possible.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on where in the world you're ordering from, and which one of our suppliers has your selected order(s), shipping can take anywhere from 12 to 20 days. If you're ordering an item as a gift for a loved one or need it in time for a holiday, please make sure to order early to ensure a timely arrival!
Is there a limit to how many free items I can order?
Yes, usually due to demand and inventory, we only offer 1 free item per customer order. We want as many people to be apart our free promotions as possible.
